Case Description
18 year old Hispanic female who underwent a closed rhinoplasty to improve tip projection and contour, and to reduce a dorsal hump. This case required advanced techniques of cartilage grafting and tip-plasty. The entire case was performed though tiny incisions inside the nostril. The result is natural and balanced with absolutely no sign of surgery.
