Matthew Bridges, MD, FACS

Dr. Bridges has spent many years studying and going through extensive training to become one of the top facial plastic surgeons in Virginia. He is board-certified in Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery, which gives him an advanced knowledge and understanding of the functions and diseases of the ear, nose, and throat. Dr. Bridges is also board-certified in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery, and he combines both of these certifications to provide excellent care and treatment for his patients.

Dr. Bridges has received many awards and honors for his work in facial plastic surgery, including three awards from Vitals: Patient’s Choice Award, Compassionate Doctor Recognition, and On-Time Doctor Award. He was also a recipient of 2 scholarships, the Howard Hughes Undergraduate Research Fellowship and the D. Edward Hebert Armed Forces Health Professions Scholarship and Financial Assistance Program. Dr. Bridges is also proud to be on the Healthgrades Honor Roll and a Top Doctor on RealSelf.

Master Aesthetician

Franki Lambiotte is a licensed master aesthetician, laser specialist, and certified ZO® Skin Health expert. She began her career in aesthetics in 2011 in Richmond, VA.

Franki’s advanced training in skincare, combined with her experience as a master esthetician, laser specialist, and day spa owner, provided her with the foundation to transition into medical aesthetics. She is excited to be an integral part of our patients' skin care program, utilizing new technologies and products to create the most well-rounded approach to overall skin health. Franki is most passionate about problematic skin care, such as acne, rosacea, melasma, and sun-damaged skin. She enjoys sharing the most up-to-date skincare products and procedures with her patients and creating a customized treatment to meet specific skincare needs.

Hi, I’m Joan, your dedicated Patient Care Coordinator and Office Manager. I'm here to ensure your journey with us is nothing short of exceptional. I have over 25 years of experience in the aesthetic industry and bring a wealth of knowledge to the practice. I love working with all patients, whether surgical or non-surgical or those who just have questions and need guidance.

As your Patient Care Coordinator, I am committed to guiding you through every step of your aesthetic journey. Beginning with your initial consultation through to your post-operative care, I'm here to ensure a seamless and comfortable experience for you. When you have questions or concerns or simply need reassurance, I'm just a phone call or email away.

On a side note: In my time away from the office, you can find me boating, traveling, and reading. I also love spending time with my husband, Ken, and our mini schnauzer, Cooper.

Hi, I'm Ashley, medical assistant for Dr. Matthew Bridges. I bring a passion for patient care and an interest in aesthetics to my role. With 12 years in healthcare and certifications in medical assisting, I strive to create a warm and welcoming environment for all patients.

In my day-to-day responsibilities, I assist with in-office procedures, coordinate patient scheduling, and ensure that we are prepared for all cosmetic procedures. I believe in the importance of clear communication and education, taking the time to explain procedures and answer questions to help our patients feel comfortable and informed.

Beyond the office, you'll find me golfing, hitting a few at the local driving range, and spending time with my friends/family.

Hi, I'm Sidney, your Front Desk Concierge here at Matthew Bridges, MD. As the first face you'll encounter when you step into our office, I'm eager to extend a warm welcome and assist you in any way I can. It is our goal to ensure your visits with us are as smooth and seamless as possible - from scheduling appointments and consultations, to answering questions you may have along the way.

Prior to joining this incredible team in early 2024, most of my career has been spent in the pharmaceutical field, which helped me hone my customer service skills. I’ve always had an interest in cosmetics and aesthetics so was thrilled to be given an opportunity to help grow with this practice.

Beyond the office, you'll find me playing piano, spending time with my friends and family, and singing karaoke any chance I get!
