This young man underwent excision of a left earlobe keloid. This procedure was performed in the clinic under local anesthesia. This case was complicated due to the infiltrating nature of the keloid. The earlobe contour after the procedure is excellent. The results are shown 7 months after the procedure. Post-operative injections of steroid were performed to prevent recurrence.
