We welcome Joan Moore as Office Manager/Patient Care Coordinator to our Commonwealth ENT & Facial Plastic Surgery Midlothian Family. Joan is thrilled to be a part of the team and brings with her many years of practice management experience. She has spent a majority of her career managing ENT and Facial Plastic Surgery practices in South Carolina and Virginia.

She is a certified Medical Office Manager, a member of MGMA and the American Association of Plastic Surgery as well as Richmond Medical Managers.

Her passion is assisting patients in their ENT and Plastic Surgery journey as well their cosmetic and esthetic needs. You will see her in the office working primarily with Dr. Bridges and his cosmetic team.

Her goal is to provide excellent patient care while building a team of caring staff and providers by empowering them to be the best they can be.

In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and has visited many countries. She is also an avid reader and loves spending time with family and friends.
