Extremely happy with the outcome of my nose surgery. I had sleep apnea....I was a true mouth breather. My nasal passages were thin slits! Dr Bridges gave me new cartilage and removed what I didn't need inside my nose. Nothing short of a miracle for me!

Super friendly staff. Dr Bridges did the impossible. I had gone to several consultations with plastic surgeons in the Richmond area to fix a surgery I had on my nose about 20 years ago that didn’t go well. Well, actually 2 surgeries that didn’t go well. Each surgeon (5 to be exact) wavered on if this revision would be successful. I was very hesitant to try another but was told Dr Bridges was the best. I consulted with him and he was confident he could fix my nose. I scheduled my surgery and it’s been 3 weeks and my nose is beautiful. Far exceeded my expectations. Very happy I was finally able to get this fixed and with best possible results. Would highly recommend anyone to see Dr Bridges! From one very happy patient!!
Dr. Bridges reminds me of the old time family doctors…empathetic, competent, efficient. I wish all of my doctors were like him. Additionally, he has surrounded himself with wonderful, compassionate, helpful assistants. Highly recommend.

Getting rhinoplasty to correct my larger nose has been a lifelong dream of mine, but the idea of doing it has always been scary/intimidating. Dr. Bridges and his team made this the best possible experience I could have had. From the quickness of the scheduling, his listening and understanding of my goals, to the smoothness of the procedure and recovery - everything was better than I imagined. The result was awesome- subtle and natural looking while still accomplishing what I wanted. I would recommend him to anyone considering taking this step.
My family have been patients at this practice for over 10 years. Franki Lambiotte has been wonderful with her services. My parents gave me laser hair removal packages as a graduation gift. Franki has also given my mom 3 hydrafacials with the dermaplane add on, and she couldn't be happier. My sister just completed several laser hair removal packages and she's very happy to not shave. I’m blown away, pun intended. From the moment Dr. Shaia recommended Bridges, I have felt that my level of care was akin to what the president receives. The expertise and confidence that Dr. Bridges possesses is unmatched in my opinion. I did zero research on my procedures until post-op. What an amazingly barbaric and frightening process. Hammers and chisels and scalpels and forceps oh my! His staff couldn’t be more helpful and compassionate. From the scheduling to the post op appointment, this crew is stellar and top notch. Bravo! I do hope I never have to see them again, but, if I do, I definitely will. Thank you Dr. Bridges!!
I had rhinoplasty by Dr. Bridges on November 20th 2019, almost 2 months ago. I had a great experience as a whole. Dr. Bridges was easy to talk to and his staff were all very nice and helpful. Dr. Bridges work speaks for itself. He delivers natural balanced results based on each persons individual features and goals. I am very pleased with my result thus far and I’m excited to see the progression of my nose as it continues to heal. I was very nervous about having the surgery and being put to sleep but St. Francis hospital did a great job at putting me at ease and making me feel as comfortable as possible. I would recommend Dr. Bridges and his staff to anyone interested in cosmetic surgery.
Franki has been my aesthetician for several years. I visit her every 2 or 3 months for either a hydrafacial or dermaplane facial. More recently, Franki recommended that I have BBL laser resurfacing on my face for rosacea. In addition to helping with the redness, I've also noticed an improvement in my skin's texture.

For the past few years I’ve been watching the lines on my face getting deeper and jowls forming. It was when I started to see my neck sagging that it was time to get a consultation. On December 13, 2023 I had a deep plane facelift and I haven’t regretted it at all. Dr Bridges is simply the best facial surgeon. His bedside manner is excellent and he ensures you understand everything fully.
I followed his instructions for preparation and recovery and I had minimal bruising and swelling.

Dr. Bridges performed very complex surgery on my nose to repair a large loss to my left nostril due to cancer. At all times he ensured that I understood what the procedure would entail, and what the recovery process and time would be. He took great pride in his work and was as pleased as I was with the result. Family and friends who were not aware I was having surgery, cannot believe that I had anything done. A true testament to his skill. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone who needed facial plastic surgery and would happily act as a reference.
Dr. Bridges is an outstanding doctor. His easygoing personality and high level of expertise really set him apart from other doctors. I have seen a number of Estheticians in the past and she really outshines them all. I am continually impressed with her attention to detail and her thirst for knowledge to keep up with the skin care industry. Dr. Bridges performed my rhinoplasty in June 2024 and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I wanted a rhinoplasty for years but kept putting it off. Dr Bridges performed a Lipoma removal procedure on my forehead and I am truly satisfied. He is an excellent physician. His nurse is awesome as well. I'd been interested in laser hair removal/reduction for years, and while I'd gotten close to doing it through other providers in the past, I never felt comfortable actually making the investment. I always found myself talking to sales reps and being pressured into a big financial commitment with limited information and transparency along the way.
My experience with Franki was a complete 180 from that. She actually took the time to walk me through the process in depth, explain the science and technology involved, and answer my questions. She was super detailed and helped me have clear expectations going in. Her laser (Sciton® BARE HR) is top rated, super modern and in my experience, incredibly effective. I'm two treatments in, and I've almost stopped shaving entirely. It's completely changed my life, and it's been worth every penny. (I don't know that I'd be able to say that if I'd moved forward with a different provider).

Dr. Bridges is an amazing facial plastic surgeon, and we're so lucky to have him here in RVA. Amazing bedside manner, and actually listens to what you want to work with you on the results you want to achieve. Dr. Bridges won't steer you wrong or upsell you, and is very genuine and ethical. I've done both Sculptra and HA fillers with him coming from medspas, and I feel like I walked out of his office with a new sense of confidence. My outside now matches how I feel on the inside!

I was lucky enough to be one of the first of Franki’s clients to try the laser hair removal, Bare HR by Sciton, and loved the results on my legs and armpits. Franki walked me through the procedure and explained how the process would go, making me feel incredibly comfortable along the way. The pain was minimal and more or less just felt like intense heat in certain areas like my shins. Totally fine and totally worth it! Franki and her team are the absolute best.
In my teens, a mishap left my nose with a slight deviation and fractured. As the years passed, my nasal deviation worsened, turning my nose into something akin to a wilted flower. The wake-up call came when my partner nudged me about my snoring, which our Tempur-Pedic bed confirmed was a nightly disruption to my sleep.
On the hunt for solutions, I consulted multiple surgeons in the Los Angeles/Beverly Hills scene, all pushing for surgery, mostly via open rhinoplasty.
