I am in my mid 50s and happier with my nose than I’ve ever been in my life - Very long story short, between ages 15 and 50, I broke my nose twice and had two surgeries, and then in 2019, filler on the bridge of my nose. That did not go well, as after three months it started to migrate into a ball on the bridge of my nose. The doctor where I live injected it several times over two months to dissolve the filler, but it just didn’t want to go away. Finally, it did, but about a month later I noticed my nose curving to the right and a big divot on the left, as well as my bridge looked like it was sinking. I think all of the injections in my nose destabilized it. This continued to worsen over the next couple of years. For three years off and on, I scoured the Internet for revision rhinoplasty surgeons. One day, I read a review from one of Dr. Bridges’ patients that really hit home with me and when I looked to see where Dr. Bridges is located, I couldn’t believe he is in my hometown where my parents still live. I had a virtual consultation and ended up scheduling the surgery. I was so nervous because I knew that no matter what the outcome, this had to be the last nose surgery of my life. It’s been almost 5 months now since my surgery, and I couldn’t be more thrilled! I barely had any pain compared to my two other surgeries and although I know I must still have swelling, even I cannot notice it. He had to use some fascia from behind my ear to create a little padding since I am thin skinned and my nose is bony. It healed perfectly. I honestly don’t believe I could have gone to a doctor anywhere who could have done a better job. I am in my mid 50s and happier with my nose than I’ve ever been in my life. I would recommend Dr. Bridges to anyone! More
Dr. Bridges is a Fantastic Plastic Surgeon - Dr. Matthew Bridges is the best plastic surgeon anywhere.I had a facelift 3 years ago by another plastic surgeon in the west end of Richmond and the results were not good if any thing it was worse than before the facelift.. A year ago I decided I had to do something. I found Dr. Bridges I got a second facelift I am so glad I did my face looks so natural and 15 years younger. I am so happy with my facelift...a great job..I love Dr. Bridges he is kind, spends time with you and explains everything to you. He is fantastic and a perfectionist when it come to his work. He is the best and I could never go anywhere else. I trust him to the fullest. Dr. Bridges is an outstanding doctor. His easygoing personality and high level of expertise really set him apart from other doctors. He is a master of his craft and I know when I leave his office I will look natural and feel my best. From Facial Filler, Botox and removing benign lesions he is my go to for all things cosmetic. Rhinoplasty - Midlothian, VA - Dr. Bridges and his staff are amazing! I had open rhinoplasty almost a year ago and my nose looks absolutely perfect. I have wanted this procedure for over 20 years and now I have the nose that I should have been born with. I also go back to Dr. Bridges for dysport (like botox) every 4 months. I had botox done a few years ago by a very well known local doctor and never went back due to lack of results. Dr. Bridges gives me a little dysport between the brows and it instantly smoothes out my forhead and gives me a much younger appearance. I am 100% satisfied and would highly reccommend him. Beautiful new nose - Dr. Bridges and his staff are absolutley wonderful! I had rhinoplasty and am thrilled with the results. My new nose is beautiful and exactly the nose I should have been born with. It's so natural looking that people notice "something" about me, but those that I didn't tell, haven't quite figured it out. I have also been treated with dysport by Dr. Bridges. A few years ago, I got botox once from a very well known doctor. I never went back because the results weren't noticeable. With Dr. Bridges, my results are amazing. I look like I had a brow lift with dysport between the "ll" lines on my forehead and an eye lift with injections at the crows feet. I am beyond pleased and would reccommend him 100%! More
