Revision Rhinoplasty
Lovely young woman who underwent some type of rhinoplasty at age 15. She was left with tip deformities and asymmetries, as well as breathing obstruction. An open revision rhinoplasty was performed to open the airway and correct the cosmetic issues. Ear cartilage and temporalis fascia were used to improve the structure and soften the sharp edges visible in the tip preoperatively. She is shown 6 months after surgery.
