Rhinoplasty Gallery Patient 19404
This patient suffered a staph infection as a child resulting in destruction of the cartilage composing the left nasal tip. At surgery, the cartilage was found to have been replaced completely by scar. Repair required using grafts from the nasal septum to recreate the damaged left nasal tip. A severe septal deviation was corrected at the same time.
