These are photos of 2 different patients taken immediately before and immediately after closed rhinoplasty. Note the immediate improvement with no obvious swelling on the table. The incisions are hidden inside the nose, with no external scars. The advantage of the closed rhinoplasty approach is the ability to see changes immediately on the operating table in real time.
